How do I prevent SlickEdit® from undoing my cursor movement? Print E-mail
Question:
How do I prevent SlickEdit from undoing my cursor movement?

Answer:
The "undo" command will undo each cursor movement along with each edit. You can use the command "undo-cursor" to undo all of the cursor moves in a single undo step. To use this command you will need to rebind your undo hotkey by using the (Tools > Options > Key Bindings) dialog.

If you wish to change the menu item to use this new command, go to (Macro > Menus), select the "_mdi_menu", and change the "Command" to "undo_cursor" instead of "undo".
