Flashing DOS prompt when installing on Windows® 9x Print E-mail
Question:
I am trying to install the editor on a Microsoft® Windows 9x machine, but I just get a DOS prompt that flashes on the screen and goes away. How can I install the editor?

Answer:
This is a known problem we have not yet been able to track down.  Fortunately you can work around this problem by simply copying the files to your local hard drive first, and then running 'setup.exe' from there.
