SlickEdit Inc. offers Maintenance and Support Service on an annual basis at 20% of the current list price of its software products. Purchase of the service provides the following benefits:
Full Technical Support Access for One Year Telephone and e-mail consultation are available Monday through Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. EST excluding holidays* by calling 1.919.473.0070.
New Releases, Upgrades, and Updates for One Year
Receive new releases, upgrades, patches, and error corrections at no additional charge. Upgrades do not include new products that SlickEdit may release or current products that run on a different platform from what was originally purchased. Upgrades are distributed electronically. In order to access upgrades your licensed SlickEdit product must be registered.
Access to Beta Software
As a maintenance customer, you will have the opportunity to participate in SlickEdit beta programs and receive a free copy of our beta software for a preview of the next release.
To be eligible for Maintenance and Support, the hardware on which the SlickEdit product is installed must meet the SlickEdit minimum system requirements. System requirements are displayed on the product packaging, in the installation sections of product documentation, and in the product section on the web site.
